Fewer things, done well
An app should do one job with obvious clarity. We remove before we add, and we ship only what we would happily use every day.
Pandaren · Hong Kong
We are a small, independent studio. We build calm, useful service applications — and games that carry the spirit of the arcade era into modern devices. Everything is designed, coded and supported in-house.
The studio
Pandaren is the studio name of PANDAREN TRADING LIMITED, a Hong Kong company dedicated to software design and development. We work on a small number of products at a time so that each one can be finished properly — and maintained long after launch.
An app should do one job with obvious clarity. We remove before we add, and we ship only what we would happily use every day.
We design for data minimisation: collect nothing we do not need, keep it no longer than necessary, and never sell or trade it.
Native performance, offline-friendly behaviour, and support that answers. Software you can rely on for years, not for a season.
Craft
On one side, everyday tools that quietly do their job. On the other, games built with the grain and grit of the machines we grew up with.
Utilities and productivity tools for people and small businesses: fast, native, legible, and dependable. Designed around a single task and the fewest possible taps to complete it.

Arcade reflexes, 8 and 16-bit sensibilities, hand-placed pixels and chiptune. Short sessions, honest difficulty, and a clear ending — the way games used to be made.

Work
Our catalogue is intentionally short. Titles appear here once they are in active development, and link to the App Store on release day.
A focused everyday tool for iPhone and iPad. Offline-first, no account required to use the core features.
Catalogue, quotation and receipt tooling for independent merchants, built with the same restraint as our consumer apps.
A short-session pixel arcade game with original chiptune. Premium purchase, no advertising, no in-game gambling mechanics.
A 16-bit inspired adventure written for modern hardware. In pre-production.
Process
We define the single job the product must do, and everything it will deliberately refuse to do.
Interface sketches, pixel studies and a playable or usable prototype, early enough to be thrown away.
Native implementation, accessibility from the first commit, and a privacy review before any SDK is added.
Release, then maintain: OS updates, bug fixes, and a real person answering support mail.
Standards
Every title we publish is developed against the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and the App Store Connect requirements for privacy, support and age rating.
A published privacy policy for every app, accurate App Privacy “nutrition labels”, no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and App Tracking Transparency respected by design — we do not track.
A working support URL and a monitored support address for every listing, plus a clear end-user licence agreement covering purchases, subscriptions and refunds.
Content is rated honestly in App Store Connect. Our games contain no gambling, no loot boxes and no simulated wagering. Where a product is suitable for children, we apply the Kids Category requirements.
VoiceOver labelling, Dynamic Type, sufficient contrast and reduced motion support are treated as release blockers, not as nice-to-haves. Apps are tested on current and previous OS releases before submission.
